The printable decks are exactly the same in both the A4 and the 8.5x11 categories. This was just created to make it easier to print the decks without having to adjust anything.
There are instructions in each file for printing the cards. (And don't worry when you print them, and the header and footer have not printed. The cards were designed to give you room around each card in case you wanted to jazz them up more with borders, markings or doodlings.)
